Waiting For Wesley was written for Heptonstall Museum and performed as a script in hand at the Museum in July of 2022. It was then performed the following year at Calderdale Industrial Museum. The events of the play take place in the Calder Valley in August of 1842 – the month of a general strike against wage cuts.
